Our Story

Makservi began in a simple way — creating custom mugs for family and friends. What started as a hobby quickly became something more. As demand grew, Franchesca leaned on the experience and knowledge she gained working alongside her father in the Dominican Republic, where she first learned the value of craftsmanship, service, and business.

In 2021, that small idea officially became Makservi Craft & Print — with a clear purpose: to serve the Rhode Island community with high-quality, reliable, and accessible custom products.

Alongside her husband Bryan, the business continued to grow — built on long hours, trust, and a genuine commitment to every client. Today, Makservi is proud to be a Women-Owned and Minority-Owned Certified business in the State of Rhode Island, and part of the state’s MPA program.

Behind the business, there’s also a family — their daughters, Lucille and Alice — who are part of the reason this dream continues to grow.
