However, please note that due to the nature of the embroidery process, there is a risk of damage to the items, especially on delicate or unique fabrics. The customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Replacement or Refund: In the event of any damage, Makservi Craft & Print will not offer a replacement, refund, or compensation for the item.

Customer Responsibility: The customer confirms that the item(s) provided are suitable for the requested embroidery and that they understand the inherent risks associated with customizing personal items.
