Artwork Responsibility 

You confirm you own or have rights to all submitted artwork. Makservi does not verify ownership and is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Makservi from any legal claims related to submitted content. 

Customer-Supplied Items (Embroidery & Custom Work) 

All customer-provided items are processed at your sole risk. Makservi is not responsible for damage, loss, or defects including needle marks, tearing, or distortion. No reimbursement or replacement will be provided. A spoilage rate of 1–3% may occur.

Proof Approval

Once approved, all artwork, spelling, layout, and design are final. Makservi is not responsible for any errors after approval. 

Color Variations 

Color variations may occur due to materials and production processes. These are not considered defects. 

Payments & Production 

Full payment is required before production. Orders cannot be canceled once production begins. 

Refund Policy 

All sales are final once production begins. Refunds are at Makservi’s discretion. 

Limitation of Liability 

Makservi Craft & Print LLC (DBA Makservi LLC) is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid. 

Shipping 

Makservi is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers. 

Right to Refuse Service 

Makservi reserves the right to refuse any order that violates laws, infringes rights, or presents production risks. 

Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island.
