Artwork Submission Guidelines & Disclaimer

1. File Quality Matters

• All artwork must be submitted in high resolution (300 DPI) or vector format (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF).
• Low-quality images (screenshots, blurry photos, social media downloads) may result in poor print results.

2. We Print What You Provide

• We are not responsible for errors in submitted artwork (spelling, grammar, alignment, colors).
• Files will be printed exactly as approved unless design services are requested.

3. Color Variations

• Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed products.
• Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless Pantone colors are provided and requested.

4. Font & Text Responsibility

• All fonts should be outlined or converted to curves before submission.
• Missing fonts may cause unintended changes.

5. Transparency & Backgrounds

• Files must have transparent backgrounds if required.
• We are not responsible for removing backgrounds unless requested as a service.

6. Sizing & Placement

• Please provide exact dimensions or desired print size.
• If not specified, we will size artwork proportionally based on standard practices.

7. Edits & Artwork Fixes

• Minor adjustments may be included.
• Major edits, recreations, or vector conversions may incur additional design fees.

8. Copyright & Ownership

• By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the rights or permission to use it.
• We are not liable for copyright or trademark violations.

9. Proof Approval

• A final proof will be sent for approval.
• Once approved, the order moves to production and changes cannot be guaranteed.

10. Turnaround Time Impact

• Incomplete or incorrect files may delay production timelines.
